Actalent is looking for a full-time and long-term Superintendent to support our client, the top rated GC that designs and builds dental and medical offices. They're working on an on-site schedule 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities

This candidate will be working on a lot of small commercial medical facility renovation jobs. Our client is the #1 in the whole DMV in terms of medical/dental interiors construction. They have been rated this highly in several different publications, & have many of their awesome highlights posted on their website to reflect this accordingly. They do awesome work, & provide great training for their assistant superintendents/superintendents. They have held this title the past several years, and are an incredible firm to work for. They currently specialize in tenant suite build-outs for private dental and medical practices ranging anywhere from $400k to $5M. They are looking to hire a full-time Superintendent who can take on managing several projects in the DMV region while being the client's primary contact during the construction phase.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years of commercial construction experience on relevant GC projects as an Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent
• Worked on small interiors projects (medical or dental preferred, but not required)
• Construction
